Reiki Shoden ~ First-Degree/Level 1 

Learn the fundamentals & guiding principles of Reiki, a Japanese healing technique and spiritual practice. Translated as spiritually-guided universal life-force energy Reiki has a tremendous capacity to nurture body, mind & spirit and to promote deep relaxation, well-being & health. If you're seeking to create a greater sense of peace, self-awareness, and connection to the universe in your daily being or interested in alternative healing modalities, the Shoden class is a wonderful beginning.


Shoden is the traditional name for the first-degree or Level 1 Reiki training. 

Shoden students will:

* learn the foundations & guiding principles of Reiki

* learn how Reiki heals

* engage in Reiki meditations

* receive the Shoden Reiju (attunement/ignition) to Reiki

* practice hands-on training for treatment of self & others

* receive a Shoden Certification

* receive a comprehensive manual for continued study/practice

* receive ongoing support from Jackie following the class

Reiki Okuden ~ Second-Degree/Level 2 

Okuden is the traditional name for the second-degree or Level 2 Reiki training.  Students  will deepen their understanding of Reiki and enhance the power of their practice through this second-degree training, which focuses on:

* learning three of the Reiki symbols, including origin, meaning and purpose

* learning the  distance healing technique

* engaging in Reiki meditations

* receiving the Okuden Reiju (attunement/ignition) to Reiki

* practicing hands-on treatment  for others

Okuden Students will receive:

*an Okuden Certification

*a comprehensive manual for continued study/practice

*ongoing support from Jackie following the class
